We adhere to strict quality and design standards, where every Jenni and Janki product undergoes various steps in the Quality Control process to ensure that you receive the best.
Do you offer customisation?
Currently, we don't offer full customization for individual products but we are open for color customization of any product. However, we are open to discussing customizations for bulk orders. For further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9479895666.
I am facing a problem with order placement, what should I do?

How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an email/whats app confirmation stating that your order has been placed successfully.
When Will I Receive My Order?
We usually deliver your orders in about 5-7 business days after we send them from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that the exact delivery time may vary based on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
How Do I Track My Order?
After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. The delivery can take 3 to 5 business days from the day of the order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel orders before they show as dispatched on the website. Once a product is dispatched, we cannot cancel orders after they've been shipped. If you no longer want the item, you can choose to decline the delivery when it arrives; however, in such cases, delivery charges will be deducted.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
You can only change the delivery address and mobile number before the product has been dispatched.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We aim to provide an easy return policy to our customers.
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to assist you. We provide free returns or exchanges within 5 days of when you receive your order. You can choose to get store credit or select a different product as your replacement.
How Can I Return / ExchangeThe Product?
- Please log in to our website using your email address and OTP.
- Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Please note:
- We Don't Have return policy for International orders.
- 100 Rs will be deduct as Return charges for refund.
- Refund will initiate when we received back our product with all tag and packaging intact.
- After we initiate refund it will take 3-5 day to get credit to your original payment method.
Exception:
In case of orders placed with a discount or promotional offer are returned, the Return exchange policy will only be applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.
Which items can be returned?
All our items can be returned in their original condition with the tags intact.
What is your return policy for faulty /incorrect Items?
We apologize if you've received a defective or wrong item. To resolve this issue, please return the item to us as soon as you can. If you encounter any difficulties in initiating the return process, please reach out to our Customer Care team, and they will be happy to assist you further.
I have returned an item. When will I see the credit in my refund?
All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the credit note, which you will receive via email within a week from the date of receipt to us.
