Do you offer customisation?

Currently, we don't offer customization for individual products. However, we are open to discussing customizations for bulk orders. For further inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp at 9479895666.

What are the various modes of payment?

You have multiple payment options to choose from, including UPI, wallets, EMI payments, card payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD). With COD, you can make your payment after you've received your order.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been placed successfully.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We usually deliver your orders in about 5-7 business days after we send them from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that the exact delivery time may vary based on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. 

How Do I Track My Order?

After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. The delivery can take up to 7 business days from the day of the order.

How Do I Know the Product Size?

Exact measurements for all items are listed in the product descriptions. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel orders before they show as dispatched on the website. Once a product is dispatched, we cannot cancel orders after they've been shipped. If you no longer want the item, you can choose to decline the delivery when it arrives; however, in such cases, delivery charges will be deducted.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

You can only change the delivery address and mobile number before the product has been dispatched.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We aim to provide an easy return policy to our customers.

If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to assist you. We provide free returns or exchanges within 5 days of when you receive your order. You can choose to get store credit or select a different product as your replacement.

How Can I Return / ExchangeThe Product?! 
  1. Please log in to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Ship the products back to us at our office address.
  4. We will reimburse you for the shipping charges up to Rs 150 in the form of store credit.

Please note:

  1. Customers are responsible for dispatching the product at their own cost.
  2. Return shipping costs will be refunded in the form of a discount coupon or store credit, up to a maximum of Rs 150 or the actual shipping paid.
  3. Store credit and discount coupons can be used for your next purchase.

Exception:
In case of orders placed with a discount or promotional offer are returned, the  Return exchange policy will only be applicable in case of a manufacturing defect.

Which items can be returned?

All our items can be returned in their original condition with the tags intact. We provide a Store credit which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.

What is your return policy for faulty /incorrect Items?

We apologize if you've received a defective or wrong item. To resolve this issue, please return the item to us as soon as you can. If you encounter any difficulties in initiating the return process, please reach out to our Customer Care team, and they will be happy to assist you further.

I have returned an item. When will I see the credit in my refund?

All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit note within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the credit note, which you will receive via email within a week from the date of receipt to us.
